I bought a box of Lemon Heads today, and was more than upset to find that the traditional boxes have been replaced with a similar box, but that opens and closes differently. I have known for years that the best part of Lemon heads, jaw breakers, red hots, and all Ferrara Pan candies is the box which could be used as a super annoying whistle. Imagine my disappointment today when I sat in my cubicle blowing into a box with no such annoying sounds. I imagine you can understand my frustration. Well, I suppose I will spend my quarter on some other candy. Good night Ferrara Pan, you had a good run.

Might I suggest a healthy alternative. A small box of Sunmaid raisins. You know the kind the old people who hate candy give out at halloween... It makes an excellent anoying squeaker.

What about the plastic ID tags on rented Super Nintendos in 1993? I hear those work awesome as whistles. Especially if you're playing that one cave-man game.

Wow, having never rented a Nintendo in 1993, and not knowing what cave man game you are talking about, I have no idea what you are talking about, but just like it is hard to find the good boxes of Lemon Heads, it is difficult to rent a Nintendo in 2006, especially with the caveman game. Thanks for the tip though!

I belive the above poster would be refering to the Data East game Joe and Mac. And the tag could be found on SNES systems rented from Video Express. In case you were curious...
